Privacy Notice

Effective date: September 13, 2026

VendorAgent is built to need very little from you. For the $250 Failure Scan, we collect what we need to take payment, identify the product you want tested, do the work, and send it back.

What we may collect

Please do not send us confidential material

The Failure Scan uses public information. Do not put passwords, API keys, production credentials, private contracts, customer data, internal screenshots, trade secrets, or other sensitive material into checkout or the intake form.

How we use the information

We use it to confirm payment, make sure the requested scan is in scope, perform and deliver the work, answer customer-service questions, keep basic business records, prevent abuse, and improve our methods using generalized or de-identified lessons.

Service providers

We use outside providers for things such as payments, forms, hosting, and basic business infrastructure. Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Your payment-card information is handled by the payment processor, not stored directly by VendorAgent.

Sharing

We do not sell customer personal information. We may share information with service providers when needed to run the service, or when the law requires it or we need to protect the service, our users, or others.

How long we keep records

We keep engagement records only as long as we reasonably need them for delivery, billing, customer service, recordkeeping, and legitimate business needs. We will not publish your paid findings as a case study without permission.

Your requests

You can ask us about personal information tied to your engagement or request a correction or deletion where reasonably applicable. Some records may need to stay on file for billing, fraud prevention, legal, or recordkeeping reasons.
