Service Terms
Effective date: September 13, 2026
These terms cover the founding $250 VendorAgent AI Buyer Failure Scan unless we agree to something different in writing.
What the Failure Scan covers
One scan covers one clearly defined B2B SaaS/API product or commercial offering. We use public information to run 10 procurement scenarios and deliver a short findings report. We are looking for places where a true fact can be attached to the wrong plan, service, configuration, region, data type, contract state, or other condition and lead a buyer to the wrong conclusion.
What it does not cover
The scan is not legal advice, a regulatory or compliance certification, a security certification, a penetration test, a financial audit, or a promise about how every AI model will behave. It does not include access to private systems, review of confidential contracts, customer-specific architecture work, or more than one materially different product line.
What we need from you
- Give us accurate contact information and identify the product you want tested.
- Request the scan for your organization or another legitimate business purpose.
- Do not send passwords, API keys, private contracts, customer data, production credentials, or other confidential material.
- Treat the report as a diagnostic, not a substitute for legal, security, compliance, or procurement judgment.
Delivery timing
Our 48-hour target starts after payment succeeds and we have a complete intake that can be tied to one product. If we need clarification, the clock starts after that point is resolved.
Findings
We do not promise a minimum number of failures. If your public material is unusually clean, the report may contain fewer than 3–5 findings. We would rather tell you we found less than invent a problem to fill a page.
Refunds and billing mistakes
- If we decline the engagement before substantive work begins because the request is out of scope or cannot reasonably be tested from public information, we will refund the scan fee in full.
- We will correct duplicate charges and technical billing errors promptly.
- Because this is custom diagnostic work, completed or delivered work is generally non-refundable. We may make customer-service exceptions when it makes sense.
Upgrade credit
The full $250 Failure Scan fee may be credited toward a $750 Founding Commercial Authority Audit purchased within 30 days of scan delivery. The upgrade is optional and may be offered when the scan shows that deeper work is worthwhile.
Public information and our methods
We may analyze publicly accessible seller information for the requested scan. You receive the report for your internal business use. VendorAgent keeps ownership of its methods, templates, taxonomies, software, and generalized know-how. We will not publish customer-specific findings as a case study without permission.
